This was my third order from Peak Performance, and they've been reliable every time. I picked up the Gravity Ski Jacket this time, and the quality is just what I've come to expect. I recently bought the Vertical Ski Backpack and it's a very well-designed pack, feels robust for ski touring. The quality is definitely on par with other premium brands I've used. My only minor gripe was that shipping took a full 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long compared to some other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Good product, but delivery could improve slightly.
